I am out of custody, I was taken to the Metropolitan Police in London UK and held for questioning. Did you send an e-mail explaining it was the Bank, if you did it didn't help me. I have been in custody for a long time.

I am out and free to travel now. I cannot find flight times to Benin direct, I assume if I fly to Johannesburg there will be a connecting flight. I will get a flight at the airport, if I try to book on line it must be 2 days in advance. I am leaving for the airport now.

When I arrive Mr Udoh you and I will go and sort out this fraudulent thieving Bank that has us caused so much trouble, together. Following my visit to Western Union the other day, I have had a visit from the Police National de France. They have examined all documents and say that they may be returning to arrest me for attempted fraud.

I told them it is you and I who have been deceived by the bank.

Yes thank you for taking the best possible course to protect my money. The bank will be the safest place, please ensure it is deposited in the highest earning account possible during this arrangement period.

I did not realise that it would be so difficult to transfer a small bit of cash ie $180.00 dollars to your country. Could you not sort this out and arrange a system of easier payment. You know Visa transactions go on every day among most worldwide trading companies.

I must admit I have heard of the problems with financial dealings within your country. I was totally amazed though that the bank that you are dealing with should issue you with a guarantee that is dodgy. good job for both you and I me thinks that the sharp eye of a Western Union office employee spotted that the document had been tampered with.

I wonder if you have had trouble with them before and maybe lost funds or had trouble caused by the crooks who are operating in this bank. Despicable thieves that is what I call them. I think they were trying to purloin, steal or otherwise misappropriate my check.

Are you going to take action against them Mr Udoh, or rather your Barrister boss in his capacity, I would think he has the thieving toads right where he needs them in order to get them banged up good and proper.

Did you not notice Mr Udoh that they had been at it in Photoshop, well I suppose I must admit I did not, again good show to the Western Union staff member. I propose that you and I both give that staff member some money as a reward. I suggest probably $200 each. Maybe you would like to give more as the money saved overall for yourself with the many transactions you are trying to undertake is of far greater size, magnitude, largeness and importance than my one transaction which I nearly fell into.

How will you be sending him this money?

When shall I tell him it will arrive?

To help you bring the prosecution I will attach the false document as evidence that you can use against them, It has been modified by the manager of Western Union to point out one of the major errors that led to the detection of the attempt to deceive you and I.

Well Mr Udoh, what is the next step for you to provide assurance that the sum is there for me, I really would now like to get this on the road, talking of that it must be a jolly good show I did not jump on a plane and come over, things would not have run smooth would they?

I have just returned from the Western Union Office in Lyon, a drive of 2 hours in each direction. It would seem that Continental Trust Bank PLC. Benin has been playing with your office. Western Union say there is evidence of tampering on the letter of guarantee you sent me. In fact they said, it is not worth the paper it is printed on.

If you use DVX viewer and manage to open my attachment of advance information of cash payment at Western Union you must now disregard it as it is now null and void, they would not accept the cash.

What is your next step in sending the payment due to me.

I am glad you like my idea of a trip to see you, so do I. I did think though that you were here in France.
Now that is a little too far for my bicycle. That is a joke Mr Udah, we English men are always making very good jokes, you will find if I come to collect that you will have a fun weekend.

So yahoo.fr is used for ex French colonies, which I think Benin is. My Geography is not too strong, I did look at Cotonou on Google Earth and is looks a busy place. The surrounding area looks very beautiful river and lakes, I would like to come.

In case I do I will attach a photograph of me so you can recognise me.

I have a feeling that you would rather post the check to me, I hope I do not smell a rodent, species rat, (larger than a mouse gnawing rodent). Before I do spend much money on the trip or indeed send payment by courier is there some proof you can give me that the check exists. Your mail is well received and am contacting you in response to your mail with regards to a Certified Bank Cheque valued US$1.200, 000.00 which my boss David Ubah left here for you before he travelled out of the Country. Prior to his departure, he instructed me to release the Cheque to you as soon as you request for it.

Meanwhile, there are two options for you to receive this fund.

David Udah Has Money for Me

What a thrill this was to hear this news as this week I have lost my job. Trade has been bad in the company I work for and 50% of the staff must go to cut costs.
